Profile wrapping technology, wood, and plastic material for surface finishing decoration, has the characteristic of easy and mature application, simple equipment, high defect-free rate, fast production speed, naturalness and authenticity of surface finishing, diverse styles. It also can be operated based on small amount of orders. Applying EVA, APAO type of hot melt adhesive as woodworking profile wrapping (hot melt) adhesive has the advantage that it doesn’t need materials in rolls and meet the needs of environmental friendliness due to its solvent-free feature. This technology of woodworking adhesive applies specific heating device to melt solid adhesive to flow status, and then coats hot melt adhesive evenly on the bottom of coated materials by passing the rollers, scrapper, or spray head. After equipment pressing, the adhesive layer of membrane and profile will be solidified due to the change to temperature, which will result in bonding effect. However, due to its physical property of “softening with heat and curing with cooling”, it is not suitable for outdoor products to apply.
